Windswept Farm, Our Resort, is approximately 100 acres m/l of rolling farm land comprised of two family farms.  It is located on one of the highest points in Cass County, just south of Greenwood, Missouri.  We call it Windswept Farm because the wind is almost always blowing.  We call it Our Resort because we raise paint horses, we have hiking trails, a five acre golf training facility, and fishing on 2 of our 3 lakes.  Wildlife is abundant in the area and includes deer, coyotes, bobcats, raccoons, possum, fox, skunks, reptiles, and numerous birds and water fowl.

The Farm - Was $1,500,000 - Reduced 25% to $1,125,000

Windswept Farm is the southern most farm with over 650 feet of frontage on a blacktop road.  It includes 60 acres +/- which is fenced and cross fenced with over 12,000 feet of fence.  The Lake is approximately 1 3/4 acres and is stocked with largemouth bass, blue gill perch, and channel cat fish.  The small pond is stocked with bass and blue gill perch.  45 acres is planted in brome and produces approximately 90 large round bales and 300 to 900 square bales per year on black soil.  5 acres is mowed and measured with 4 golf holes and can be used to practice golf shots up to 190 yards.  8 acres includes an 80' by 60' foot barn which can be converted to an 80' by 40' arena.  There is a run-in shed, a small barn for storage, a barn lot and a middle field of approximately 5 acres to hold and feed horses.  There is a 3rd run-in shed within the golf area.
